Our aim is to help you reach your music goals through fun & engaging teaching methods. We use practical improvisational exercises to help you learn how to actually play the piano, not just how to play a piece! We choose songs you know & love for more motivating & rewarding results. Kess is a wonderful teacher, with immense patience but still able to get results. She selects pieces which she knows will be appreciated by her students, which helps them not see practice as a chore. All within a beautifully serene setting, as her studio is surrounded by a lovely leafy outlook, allowing it to be a therapeutic experience for whoever accompanies the student.
